Was meinst du mit „kategorisieren“? Du kannst einfach verschiedene Blogrolls auf eine Seite packen. Das OPML-File packt sie dann entsprechend in Gruppen. Und wegen der Beschreibung: Du kannst sie ja einfach leer lassen!?
