Optimus für Operator update

So, nachdem sich doch einiges bei Optimus^[1] und Operator^[2] geändert hat, hab ich auch mal mein Optimus User Script auf den neusten Stand gebracht.

Änderungen seit der letzten Version:

URL von document.commandDispatcher.focusedWindow.document.URL auf semanticObject.node.ownerDocument.URL umgestellt.
Support für hAudio und hListing hinzugefügt

Optimus User Script for Operator

I wrote a small User Script for the Operator Toolbar (Firefox Plugin to handle Microformats), so you can transform the detected microformats using the Optimus transformer. Optimus supports two kinds of transformations (microformats to jSON or to XML) and a basic microformats validation.

The User Script supports the transformations and the validation for the following Microformats: hCard, hCalendar, adr, hReview, hResume, tag, geo, XFN, xFolk, license and hAtom-hFeed.

Microformats Killerapplikation: wevent

Die zwei Jungs von wevent haben mal wieder tolle Arbeit geleistet. Nach dem „Freundesnetzwerk-Import“ über das hCard Microformat haben sie das ganze in Windeseile auch noch für Events umgesetzt. Über „Events Importieren“ ist es möglich mit hCalendar ausgezeichnete Events in wevent zu importieren. Einen sehr schönen und ausführlichen Bericht über das neue Feature findet ihr auf Dennis‘ Weblog.

Und damit ich mich etwas von der Thesis ablenken kann 😉 habe ich die ganzen Neuerungen natürlich sofort das wevent Operator Script angepasst. Die neue Version gibts unter hier.

Übrigens will sich wevent umbenennen und zahlt 500 € für die beste Idee!

Mister Wong support für Operator

Es gibt eine neue Version von Operator (V0.8b)* und eine schöne kleine Anleitung wie man eigene User Scripts für Operator schreibt.
Ich hab mir das ganze mal angeschaut und ein kleines Script geschrieben um Tags bei Mister Wong zu suchen und xFolk Links bei Mister Wong zu speichern.

Anleitung:

Zuerst müsst ihr das Script (mister-wong.js) lokal speichern.
Dann öffnet ihr die JavaScript Datei über Options->User Scripts->New
Mit „OK“ bestätigen
Firefox neu starten
Fertig 🙂
